I should have returned this thing as soon as I got it, that's on me. It also disconnects and reconnects as soon as a try listening to audio on Spotify or Chrome, which is really a deal breaker for a headset. It randomly disconnects and reconnects on start up, and it certain applications and games it also disconnects and reconnects. Just wanted to share I've had the exact same issue with this headset. Especially games like Team Fortress 2 and Red Dead Redemption 2 that decide to totally break whenever audio devices are swapped or disconnected. But gaming, streaming, and even simply listening to music or watching videos has become a nightmare with this thing. I don't wanna just replace it after paying so much, and when it works, it works great. I'm kind of a "give it all you got" person when it comes to this stuff and I paid around $130 for this friggin' thing on Amazon. If anyone knows anything about this issue, any help is appreciated. They basically told me to just try reinstalling drivers, which I've done three times already. Sending in a support ticket to Corsair was no help. I've tried updating drivers, repairing the iCue program, uninstalling and reinstalling everything, forcing updates, the list goes on and on. So I thought maybe it was my USB port, but I've tried every single port on my PC and on someone else's PC, and the problem persisted. I take good care of my stuff and as I said, it's been an issue since day one. That made me think it was the USB cable, but I've found no problems with it physically. In wireless mode, it's generally OK, but it will happen then, too. Sometimes it'll disconnect 20 to 30 times in a row with no pauses before it finally crackles and stays on for maybe five minutes, usually when I first start up my PC or plug it in to charge. I've just somehow managed to put up with it until now. This issue has been a thing since day one, though. I've had this headset for about 7 months, now. Need help with a submission?
